HOW TO RECEIVE THE VOUCHER

Gift vouchers are digital and are emailed to your email address so you can print, package and deliver to your loved ones.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The gift voucher is nominative, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash and it is non-refundable. The gift voucher must be quoted at time of reservation and presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience. Advance bookings are necessary and are subjects to availability. Cancellation of a booking close to the arrival date might render the voucher null and void.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is possible by bank transfer, there is a surcharge of € 10 for bank transfers made from abroad. Payment is also possible upon transmission of credit card data (card number and expiry date), American Express is not accepted.
